Codex of Yogi
One of the goals of yoga is freedom. However, remember that the freedom of one person sometimes ends in a place where it interferes with the freedom of another.
Please read the following recommendations, which should lead to mutual respect and better understanding.
1) I will inform the teacher in advance about any problems of a physical and mental nature, as well as about current health issues. If I hide a specific problem, I open up to possible risks at my own risk.
A yoga teacher is not a doctor or a psychologist.
2) If I need a brief individual consultation or advice, I go to the teacher before or after the lesson. If this is a complex matter, I will arrange an individual lesson.
3) I go to classes on time, ie 10 minutes before they start.
4) Before class, I switch my phone to silent mode, optimally without vibration.
5)At workshops and courses, photos are sometimes taken for promotional purposes. If you do not want to be captured, tell the teacher about it in advance.
Dhanjavad (thank you)!
